An AI solution that generates real-time alerts when people or vehicles enter defined restricted zones.
From passive recording to active safety
At a sample factory, hazardous machine areas were monitored by cameras, but footage was only reviewed after an incident. Operators entering a restricted zone could not be detected immediately.
Virtual safety zones
One or more regions are defined on the image. AI creates an event when a person or vehicle enters one of these zones. The warning can be sent to a control room, mobile application or existing alarm system.
Reducing false alarms
Conditions such as working hours, object class, dwell time and movement direction can reduce unnecessary alerts. Event images and timestamps support later audits.
