Managing long-term users

At a sample student dormitory, hundreds of user accounts were created manually at the beginning of each term, while room changes and departures were tracked using separate lists.

Central registration structure

Students can register using identity verification, SMS or institution-provided information. Individual access reduces shared-password use, while account duration can be limited according to the academic term or accommodation period.

Operational simplicity

Active users can be viewed from the management screen and accounts can be terminated when necessary. Suitable scenarios can be created for MikroTik, UniFi, Ruijie Cloud or Grandstream network infrastructures.
