The M&L technology approach
Industrial IoT and Automation Solutions
Monitor sensors, control relays and build industrial automation scenarios with NetRelay without mandatory cloud dependency.

A powerful bridge between software and physical systems
NetRelay is a programmable industrial IoT and automation platform that connects software applications with sensors, relays and field equipment. Its Ethernet, Wi-Fi and PoE connectivity options make it suitable for different facilities and field environments.
Secure and independent local operation
NetRelay automation scenarios can operate entirely within the local network without mandatory cloud connectivity. This makes it possible to build systems that are less affected by internet outages, keep data under business control and reduce dependency on external services.
Rich input and output capabilities
NetRelay provides 4 digital inputs, 4 relay outputs rated up to 250V 10A and multiple expansion interfaces. Door sensors, motion detectors, alarm contacts and other field equipment can be monitored through digital inputs. Relay outputs can control lighting, fans, barriers, pumps, sirens, contactors and similar devices.
Analogue sensor and expansion support
External modules can be used to collect data from temperature, light, pressure, humidity and soil moisture sensors. An optional DS3231 RTC module enables time-based automation even without internet connectivity. MicroSD support allows sensor data and event logs to be stored locally.
MQTT, HTTP and WebSocket integration
NetRelay supports MQTT, HTTP GET/POST, WebSocket and TCP communication methods. This allows two-way communication with Home Assistant, Node-RED, SCADA, ERP, production monitoring platforms and custom management software.
Applications developed with Python, Node.js, C#, PHP, Delphi, C++ and similar technologies can access NetRelay inputs and outputs through its API.
Smart event and time management
Automation rules can be created through the web-based management interface according to sensor values, input states, time information or network availability. Lighting can be controlled using sunrise and sunset triggers, fans can start when temperature rises and email notifications can be sent when sensor states change.
Automatic intervention with Ping Watchdog
Ping Watchdog can monitor modems, servers, cameras and other IP devices on the network. When a defined device becomes unreachable, the relevant relay can automatically power-cycle the equipment. This allows common connectivity problems to be resolved without sending technical staff to the site.
