Camera QC reduces reliance on operator inspection. Standard IP cameras and AI automate surface, shape and assembly checks.
Vision-based quality control
Classes such as scratches, stains, missing labels, cap faults or wrong SKUs are trained into the model. Alarms, pass/fail signals or ERP logs can fire automatically.
Same stack as counting
Many plants combine counting and quality on one line. NetSAYIM can run both product counts and quality classes from the same camera feed.
Pilot and validation
Models train on sample images and are compared with manual checks on site. Thresholds and false-alarm rates are tuned together.

Which defects are detected?
It depends on the product—surface flaws, missing parts, label shift, cap/color mismatch are common. Scope is set in the field survey.
Can we reuse existing cameras?
Yes when resolution, angle and lighting are enough. Otherwise we recommend industrial cameras or lighting.
