Challenge
Post-fill photocell counting drifted 120–180 bags/day when bags overlapped or belt speed changed. Manual corrections and shipping mismatches added ops load.
Solution
Existing IP camera framing was optimized with extra lighting. NetSAYIM trained on sack classes with object tracking for overlaps. Counts flowed into Logo ERP by shift and SKU.
Results
Validated across a 4-week pilot and 6 weeks live. Manual recounts stopped; shipping docs and production reports shared one source of truth.
