Cost guide
Camera product counting system pricing
B2B vision projects rarely have a single catalog price. Cost depends on line count, existing cameras, SKU variety, lighting and ERP depth. This page explains which line items shape a NetSAYIM counting proposal.
What makes up the cost
Cameras, lenses and lighting
Suitable IP cameras can be reused. Weak angles need extra cameras, housings or industrial lighting; dusty lines need a maintenance plan.
NetSAYIM software and models
Counting engine, product-class models, shift/SKU reports and operator UI. New packaging or SKUs need planned model updates.
Discovery, pilot and commissioning
Line analysis, data capture, training, go-live and operator training. Single-line pilots usually precede plant-wide rollout.
ERP / MES integration
API, file or database feeds into Logo, SAP or custom MES. Depth (counts only vs. work-order matching) changes the quote materially.
Support and SLA
Remote monitoring, model updates, backups and response time. Continuity is priced separately for production-critical lines.
Typical project bands (scope, not price)
We clarify scope before quoting. These bands help you see which scenario you are in during a discovery call.
Single-line pilot
1 conveyor / 1 product family
Accuracy measurement, photocell comparison and operator acceptance. Most customers start here.
Line + ERP feed
Pilot + shift/SKU reporting
Counts tied to shipping or production records. Cuts manual correction load.
Multi-line plant
Multiple lines / SKUs
Shared model stack, central reporting and phased rollout. Camera count and integration depth dominate cost.
How a proposal is built
1. Discovery
Line video or site visit; camera positions, speed, product type and current counting method.
2. Pilot quote
Software, install and (if needed) camera/lighting line items for one line.
3. Measure and accept
Shift comparison, error rate and operator sign-off. Success criteria are written down.
4. Rollout
Extra lines, ERP depth and SLA. Pilot metrics justify plant-wide budget.
Frequently asked questions
Why is there no public price list?
Every line differs: existing cameras, dust/light, SKU mix and ERP needs change cost. A list price would mislead; we quote line-item after discovery.
What drives vision project cost?
Main drivers: camera/lighting investment, software and model training, on-site install time, integration scope and support level. Moving from photocells to cameras is mostly about accuracy and ERP linkage.
Can we start with existing cameras?
Yes, if angle and resolution are enough. Otherwise we only add cameras where needed—full rewiring is not always required.
How long is a single-line pilot?
Discovery, data, model and go-live are typically planned across a few weeks, depending on product variety and line access.
How is ROI estimated?
Against shift variance, scrap, manual counting labor and shipping mismatches. Measured error reduction in our case studies feeds that calculation.
Let’s clarify scope together
A line video or short discovery call shows which band you fall into and which line items you actually need.
